You acknowledge that you are responsible for exercising within your own capabilities. If you experience any pain, discomfort, illness, or dizziness during or after exercise, you must stop immediately and seek medical advice.

2. Assumption of Risk

By participating in any physical activity or exercise program offered through My Alter Athlete Coaching Pty Ltd, whether in person, online, or via downloadable materials, you do so voluntarily and at your own risk. You understand and accept that engaging in physical activity carries inherent risks, including the risk of injury or death. My Alter Athlete Coaching Pty Ltd will not be liable for any injury, loss, damage or death resulting from your use of our services or programs.

As online coaching is provided remotely, we cannot assess or control the environment in which you train. It is your responsibility to ensure your training area is safe, free from hazards, and that any equipment used is in working condition. We accept no liability for accidents or injuries caused by unsafe environments or faulty equipment.

3. Nutrition Disclaimer

Nutrition-related guidance offered by My Alter Athlete Coaching Pty Ltd is general in nature and for educational purposes only. You are responsible for seeking professional medical or dietetic advice prior to implementing any dietary changes, particularly if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, have food intolerances, or a known medical condition.

We reserve the right to suspend or discontinue services at our discretion if we believe continued coaching may not be in your best interest without professional medical clearance.

4. Personal Responsibility and Coaching Limitations

By using our website, emails, coaching services or training products, you acknowledge that you are participating voluntarily and take full responsibility for your health, safety, and results.

Our coaches act in the role of mentors and guides. We are not medical professionals, physiotherapists, psychologists, or registered dietitians, and do not act in those capacities. We make no guarantees regarding specific fitness or performance outcomes.
