I program all your training for you on a weekly basis to ensure there’s no confusion as to what sessions you need to do, when you need to do them, or how you need to approach them. Programming is based on you as an athlete and your progression on route to race day.
Unsure about anything? Ask me your questions within our global athlete community, or during our Live Q&A’s, and I’ll answer them. We’ll leave no stone unturned, ensuring you have clarity on your training, daily.

This program is for any athlete looking to improve their running and nail their race goals. Whether you're a new runner training for your first 5km, or you're a more experienced athlete training for a 100-mile ultra marathon, this program provides a tailored approach to your training using strategies I've used with over 400 athletes over the past 5 years.
Yes - I program all your training within the TrainingPeaks platform. I also work with other professionals to bring in strength & conditioning sessions, and provide nutritional guidance. Programming within TrainingPeaks is done by me.
Yes - your GPS running watch syncs with the TrainingPeaks platform, which programs each run workout into your device. The session will pop up on your watch on the specified training days in your TrainingPeaks calendar. Strength workouts are not synced to your watch. Compatible devices can be found here.
No - I provide you with a basic TrainingPeaks account. I have access to everything we need to program & analyse your training. If you want access to all of your training data in TrainingPeaks, you will need to pay for the Premium version of the platform (this is not essential and will not impact your training).
Yes - I will be in the community to answer any questions, and you can book a 1-2-1 call with me for an additional fee.
This program is for ANY runner/athlete/person who wants to improve their running and smash their race goals.
No - you do not need to have entered a race to join the program. This program is for any athlete who wants to improve their running whether they have a race to work towards or not.
Yes - if you've already been following a plan to this point, we'll make sure your training is built around where your current fitness is in relation to your goal.
Yes - if/when I have space available in my 1:1 coaching service, I will open those spaces up to the community first. Please also reach out if you're looking to upgrade during your plan.
